The Capital Campaign is the vision of the Sampson Family Foundation, Rockingham County and Dillion Taylor to support the endeavors of Sampson Center for Youth Development.   The campaign goal is to raise $TBD dollars to support the development and construction of the Sampson Center. The center will house the educational programs that are being offered to the youth of Rockingham County and surrounding areas.
